AIPL 2026, the AICC, under the banner of AIA, is pleased to announce the hosting of the JUNIOR AIPL, which will take place on 20-21st June 2026. Free participation for all enrolled members of AICC. Non-AICC members may participate with a registration fee of 35 Euros.To register, please send an email by 8th June 2026 to Juniors@aicc-aia.com with the following details: Full Name of the Player Gender (Male/Female) Date of Birth Current Age Category If any enrolled AICC player is unable to participate in this year’s Junior AIPL, please notify us via email before 8th June 2026. Antwerp Badminton League

1. GENERAL RULES The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the official rules and regulations of the Badminton World Federation (BWF), except as modified by these rules. Participants must be between 15 and 30 years old. All players must submit a valid birth certificate as proof of age during registration. Players below 18 years old must submit a duly signed parental consent. Players must be bona fide residents or registered voters of the barangays they represent. All players shall present a Voter's Certification or Proof of Residency. 2. CATEGORIES a. Women's Singles b. Women's Doubles c. Men's Doubles 3. TEAM COMPOSITION The SK Chairperson shall submit to the Sports Committee their list of Official players per category. No player can be registered in more than one category. Substitutions are not allowed once the tournament has started. 4. TOURNAMENT FORMAT Matches will be played in a best-of-three games format. Each game is played to 21 points, with a minimum two-point advantage. If the score reaches 20-20, the game continues until one side gains a two-point lead. Players/teams will be divided into groups and will play a round-robin format within their group. 5. CONDUCT OF MATCHES Matches will be scheduled by the organizing committee. Players/teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time. All players must wear appropriate badminton attire. Doubles teams must wear matching uniforms. The official BWF-approved shuttlecocks will be used for all matches. Each player/team is responsible for their own rackets and practice shuttlecocks. 6. PLAYER CONDUCT All players, coaches, and team officials must exhibit good sportsmanship and fair play at all times. Any player or team official who engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to fighting, abusive language, or deliberate damage to equipment or facilities, will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion from the tournament. 7. PROTESTS AND APPEALS Protests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the match in question. Decisions made by the organizing committee can be appealed to the tournament’s appeals committee, whose decision will be final. 8. PRIZES Cash prize will be awarded to the top three teams in each category. 9. HEALTH AND SAFETY The organizing committee will ensure that first aid and emergency response protocols are in place during all matches. 10. AMENDMENTS The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all players and teams in a timely manner. By participating in the tournament, all players, coaches, and team officials agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
